Assignment Description

We are looking for an R&D Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead and manage R&D projects from idea to final implementation
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, testing, production, and IT
• Ensure requirements are defined, tracked, and fulfilled
• Support technical decision-making and ensure alignment with system architecture
• Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and deviations to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives within development processes
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience in project management within R&D or technical development
• Experience in product development within automotive, industrial, or complex systems
• Strong understanding of project methodologies, requirements management, and technical dependencies
• Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• Ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and drive results
