Assignment Description

We are looking for a Production Technician specializing in assembly processes to support and enhance manufacturing operations.

What You Will Work On

• Improve and optimize assembly and production processes
• Analyze production flows to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
• Monitor and follow up on production costs and performance
• Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards
• Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and process documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction activities
• Optimize resource utilization within production
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Support implementation of Lean manufacturing practices

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production environments
• At least 3 years in a technical or supervisory/lead role
• Experience with Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, or Poka-Yoke
• Knowledge of OEE systems and production performance tracking
• Experience working in project-based environments
• Basic understanding of automation in manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills with a holistic view of production systems
• Ability to collaborate across functions and drive improvements
