Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation Technician

What You Will Work On

• Manage and maintain network information within DP-Power
• Register, update, and correct electrical network asset data
• Create and quality-assure documentation for power distribution facilities
• Ensure documentation complies with established standards, processes, and guidelines
• Support accurate and efficient management of network information
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper information flow
• Participate in process improvement and documentation optimization initiatives
• Maintain high standards of data quality and traceability
• Support infrastructure projects with documentation and information management expertise
• Assist stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing network information
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices and workflows

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education within Electrical Power Engineering, Distribution Networks, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience working with electrical network documentation systems
• Strong knowledge of DP-Power
• Experience maintaining and managing network asset information
• Understanding of electrical distribution networks and infrastructure
• Experience following structured processes and quality requirements
• Understanding of project workflows and operational processes within utility environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
