Job Overview
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechatronic / System Engineer to join their Floor Saw and Soff Cut team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically driven professional who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle, from concept development and system design to testing, optimization, and final product delivery.
The selected consultant will work within a collaborative and innovation-focused environment, contributing to both ongoing product maintenance and the development of new machine solutions.
The role combines mechanical, electrical, and system engineering responsibilities, offering a varied and hands-on working experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete product development lifecycle, including concept studies, system design, testing, validation, and product refinement.
- Support both existing product maintenance activities and new product development initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to develop efficient and practical technical solutions.
- Contribute to system-level engineering involving mechanics, electronics, embedded systems, and software integration.
- Develop and support machine and functional architecture solutions.
- Perform data collection, interpretation, and technical analysis to improve product functionality and performance.
- Support and contribute to functional safety-related activities.
- Utilize engineering and design tools such as CAD and MATLAB/Simulink in daily development work.
- Collaborate with multiple product groups and provide technical support where required.
- Participate in practical hands-on engineering and testing activities when necessary.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Mechatronics, System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven ability to independently manage and execute complex technical assignments.

Educational Requirements
