Job Description

The client is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Specialist to enhance development and delivery capabilities within its platform engineering environment.
This role focuses on enabling secure, scalable, and efficient delivery pipelines across the full DevSecOps lifecycle—from development through testing to operations.

You will be part of a specialized team dedicated to automation, DevSecOps practices, and large-scale release-on-demand strategies.
The role involves close collaboration with development teams, architects, and internal platform and operations units, with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps as a core platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and governance of the Azure DevOps platform
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CT/CD pipelines supporting multiple development teams
• Develop and manage YAML-based pipeline configurations and Managed DevOps Pools in Azure
• Oversee package management processes, including feeds and dependency handling
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, technical standards, and compliance requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on platform usage and best practices
• Integrate security controls and automated testing into delivery pipelines (DevSecOps approach)
• Drive continuous improvements in automation, workflows, and delivery efficiency
• Ensure proper lifecycle management, standardization, and secure utilization of platform solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business needs

Required Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Azure DevOps Specialist or in a similar role
• Proven experience in building and managing automated delivery pipelines from code to production
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps platform configuration and customization
• Background in software development (preferably .NET)
