Do you want to work from abroad as the responsible Sales representative for our Packaged tours in Kenya and Spain.
We are now looking for a committed sales person who wants to become an important part of our team! The position is based in Stockholm Sweden.

About the position

As a Sales representative, you are a key person in our organization.
You are responsible for increasing the bookings of our Packaged tours and to recommend and book activities for our guests.
The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility with a focus on service, quality and relationships.

You are the face of our tenants and work actively to create well-being, security and good relationships.

Job duties

The role includes:

Receiving, prioritizing and confirm booking requests.

Ongoing contact with customers, key management, on-line home introduction.

Ongoing contacts with tour companies in Kenya and in Spain.

Ordering, following up and quality-assuring partners work

Handling administration such as invoices and minutes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

At least a high school diploma.

Extensive knowledge and experience of Kenya(required) and Spain.

Driver's license

Basic IT skills

Personal qualities

Have good social skills and are easy to build relationships

Are structured and can plan and prioritize your work

Able to work independently and make your own decisions
