Job Description
The role
As a Business Process Partner, you play a key role in strengthening IKEA’s ability to work in effective, efficient, and end‑to‑end aligned way across the value chain.
You shape, improve, and maintain business processes within your scope, always with the IKEA totality and long‑term development in mind.
Working closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), process leaders, digital product teams, and operational stakeholders, you translate business needs into scalable, future‑ready process solutions.,You will help prevent sub‑optimisation, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen operational excellence—today and for the future.
As a Business Process Partner within Enable Integrated Financial Flows and Steering, you support the design and improvement of accurate, transparent, and efficient financial flows embedded in the end‑to‑end goods flow.
You help integrate financial execution with planning and sourcing processes, enabling strong cost control, reliable valuation, and insight‑driven steering across the value chain.
By improving financial clarity, compliance, and performance visibility, you contribute to better decision‑making, reduced inefficiencies, and strengthened operational excellence, ensuring that financial processes consistently support IKEA’s affordability ambitions and long‑term sustainability.
By taking a holistic view of how we work we aim to improve how we deliver results in the business reality.

For this specific recruitment priority will be given to impacted co-workers in IKEA Core Business Supply, provided competence requirements are met for the role. However all interested co‑workers are welcome to apply.
Main locations for this assignment are Älmhult, Warsaw and Pratteln. Other locations may be considered as exception based on critical business needs.
