We are now looking for a Commercial Manager to manage the commercial growth agenda for our Enterprise segment.


This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical execution.
You will work closely with senior leaders across the business and play a key role in shaping how we bring products, services, and commercial initiatives to market.


We believe you bring:


  • Experience leading commercial growth efforts, go-to-market activities, or other strategic business programs
  • Experience working with complex B2B products and services
  • Solid stakeholder management experience across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Experience developing business cases, commercial strategies, value propositions, or pricing initiatives
  • Fluent English; a Nordic language is considered a plus.

About the role and your team:


You will join our Commercial Strategy & Growth organization and become the commercial lead for the Enterprise segment.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and the Enterprise leadership team, you will help define commercial priorities and ensure that strategic initiatives are translated into measurable business results.


The team currently consists of colleagues across Norway and Denmark, and this role will grow our presence in Sweden.
The position is based in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Commercial Management.


What you'll be working on:


  • Own and shape the commercial strategy and growth agenda for the Enterprise segment
  • Manage go-to-market initiatives and commercial launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Develop value propositions, commercial offerings, and pricing approaches
  • Build business cases and support decisions around new products and commercial opportunities
  • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into business actions
  • Guide strategic initiatives from idea through implementation and follow-up
  • Create alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other key stakeholders

Who we are looking for


You bring initiative and enjoy translating ideas into real outcomes.
You are comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder environment and know how to build alignment even when priorities differ.
You combine commercial thinking with a structured approach and can move between strategic discussions and operational execution.
You are presenting recommendations, building engagement around your ideas, and helping guide decisions without formal authority.


Experience from telecom is valuable, but we also welcome candidates from industries such as energy, banking, financial services, consulting, or other environments with complex B2B offerings.
