Key Responsibilities

As a Client & Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting daily operations and client interactions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing voyage routing orders and operational requests from vessels and clients, ensuring timely processing and accurate system handling
• Monitoring and resolving validation errors in reports to maintain high data quality and reliability
• Performing operational route checks to support safe, efficient, and weather-aware vessel navigation
• Monitoring vessel performance metrics, baseline consumption models, and performance trends to support voyage optimisation and operational analysis
• Acting as a point of contact for customer and vessel inquiries, ensuring timely communication and coordination with internal operational and support teams
• Analysing and updating voyage performance reports, including post-voyage evaluations and claims-related reporting when required

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in shipping operations, combined with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn, contribute, and continuously improve.

You likely have:

• Education in nautical sciences or maritime studies, with experience as a deck officer
• Experience from an operations or chartering desk is beneficial, but not required
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• A structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to work
• A proactive mindset and confidence in asking questions and taking initiative
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with meteorology and oceanography is considered an advantage
