Job Description

Main accountabilities and responsibilities (including I Care)

• Participate in technology projects
• Support the responsible Technology Area Manager (TAM)
• Contribute to feasibility studies.
  
• Document and communicate technical risks and potential business consequences during development
• Support TAM to provide input to project recommendation if project is ready to pass stage gate / toll gate from a technology perspective
• Provide input to Capex requests documentation
• Contribute to the set-up of Technology Requirement Specification
• Participate and actively contribute to the development of strategic machine platforms, starting with safety and including digital and process control solutions
• Collect and evaluate feedback to understand current machine losses and drive development of safety and performance improvements together with machine suppliers and manufacturing organization
• Support the pre-development of future disruptive innovations
• Contribute to rating of machine supplier performance

​Experience and qualification requirements

• Technical background with University Degree in Science, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields
• Experience from manufacturing operations, technology and/ or R&D (1-2 years)
• Functional leadership responsibility preferred
