This role offers the opportunity to shape campaign strategy, optimize customer journeys, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven marketing initiatives.
The assignment is fully remote within Sweden or Europe, starting in August 2026 and running for 12 months.
As a Communication Integration - Programme & Campaign Manager, you will support local markets in planning, activating, optimizing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns.
Acting as a strategic advisor, you will guide campaign development across the full customer journey, ensuring the right audiences, messages, content, and channels are aligned to achieve business objectives and KPI targets.
Working closely with regional marketing teams, communications specialists, agencies, and stakeholders, you will help maximize campaign performance through data analysis, marketing automation, content strategy, and continuous optimization.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support the planning, activation, and optimization of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple markets
Advise on audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies throughout the marketing funnel
Guide content localization and development, ensuring alignment with target audiences and business objectives
Support the selection and optimization of digital and offline go-to-market channels, including marketing automation activities
Collaborate with agencies and market teams to create engaging campaign assets, landing pages, and nurture flows
Analyze campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Identify gaps and opportunities across awareness, engagement, and lead-generation stages to improve future campaign effectiveness
Coordinate selected global Tier 1 programme activities and stakeholder collaboration across markets
You are an experienced B2B marketing professional with a strong background in integrated campaign management and demand generation.
You thrive in complex, international environments and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
Your combination of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and hands-on campaign experience enables you to drive measurable results while continuously improving customer engagement throughout the marketing funnel.
Experience within manufacturing, food & beverage, or packaging industries will help you quickly understand the business context and target audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is considered a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation
Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B campaigns across digital and offline channels
Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms to derive actionable insights
Demonstrated success with lead-generation campaigns, audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and campaign optimization
Practical experience using AI-driven marketing tools for content creation, personalization, audience insights, or campaign optimization
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent English, written and spoken
Experience within the food & beverage manufacturing or packaging industry
Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes
Experience working across multiple time zones and international markets
Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
