British American Tobacco Sweden has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Deployment Executive – Entertainment in Malmö

We’re looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and dynamic Marketing Deployment team in Malmö, managing the Entertainment and Events channel.
You’ll be part of the deploying team in the entertainment space through impactful partnerships, creating unforgettable experiences, enabling sales and deploying with excellence activities focused on building our brand’s presence where products are consumed on-site, like bars, nightclubs, restaurants, festivals and owned events.

This is an unique opportunity to translate brand plans into breakthrough marketing experiences across Sweden, enabling a higher connection to our brands.
You will deliver the right initiatives to attract, convert and retain consumers, within the Entertainment channel, ensuring consistent and high-quality deployment across all touchpoints This role is responsible for ongoing activation projects, collaborating with creative and execution partner agencies, cross-functional teams, while managing budget allocation, performance monitoring, and KPI reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Own marketing activity deployment plans within Entertainment aligned to brand plans and cycle objectives.
• Track performance and report results and insights into marketing drumbeats and post implementation reviews.
  
• Lead hands-on deployment of marketing activations across brands and projects within the channel scope.
  
• Brief, manage and challenge creative, media, production and deployment agencies to ensure timely, high-quality and cost-efficient execution.
  
• Own projects budget management, spend tracking, financial reporting and invoice control.
  
• Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
  

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in marketing deployment, activation, digital marketing, trade marketing or a similar role.
  
• Proven experience operating in a multi-brand and/or multi-category environment; FMCG experience strongly preferred.
  
• Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying marketing plans across physical consumer touchpoints.
  
• Strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs, consumer behaviours and journeys and activation channels & touchpoints.
  
• Strong understanding of consumer journeys and activation mechanics.
  
• Strong project management skills and ability to maintain focus on several projects at the same time and effective planning/prioritization skills.
  
• Experience briefing, managing and challenging agencies (creative, media, production, deployment).
  
• Clear execution mindset, with a strong focus on delivery quality, consistency and results.
  
• Resilience and adaptability, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
  
• Full professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
