You will take end-to-end ownership of supplier quality across the full product lifecycle in a technically advanced automotive environment.
From early sourcing and supplier selection to project execution, PPAP approval and serial production, you will help secure robust products, mature processes and a strong zero-defect mindset.

The role combines quality, technology and collaboration.
You will work closely with suppliers as well as stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, production plants, project teams and warranty functions.
Some activities take place at supplier sites and production facilities, so you need to be comfortable taking the lead in different environments and driving progress with clarity and structure.

This is a strong opportunity for you who enjoy working close to both product and process, influencing supplier performance and using established quality methods to make a visible impact from early phase to production.

• You will contribute quality input during sourcing and support the selection of suitable suppliers in early project phases.
• You will drive supplier quality activities through product development and process readiness until PPAP approval.
• You will follow up and challenge suppliers after start of serial production through continuous improvement work and a zero-defect approach.
• You will work with topics such as RTS, APQP, PPAP and supplier audits to secure quality and reduce risk.
• You will lead risk management activities across sourcing, project execution and serial production.
• You will build strong cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, buyers, engineering, production plants, project stakeholders and warranty teams.
• You will represent quality in discussions at supplier locations, production facilities and office-based project forums.

• Experience working with supplier quality across sourcing, project phase and serial production.
• Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP, RTS and supplier audits.
• Technical understanding of electromechanics manufacturing or quality-driven software development.
• Good knowledge of automotive quality standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional activities and work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
• A structured, proactive and detail-oriented way of working with a strong focus on end-customer satisfaction.
• Driving licence for passenger cars.
• Ability to complete a background check before onboarding.
• Fluency in English.
