In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of modern Java-based microservices, from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and production support.

You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to move work forward, handle technical risks, and help shape the direction of the solution landscape.

• You will design, build, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• You will lead end-to-end delivery across development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• You will work with product, architecture, and engineering teams to drive technical decisions and resolve risks.
• You will take ownership of complex services or domains and move them forward with a high degree of independence.
• You will contribute to engineering standards and support other engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• You will make pragmatic technical choices that balance speed, quality, scalability, and business impact.

• 6–9+ years’ hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Solid background in microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or Cosmos DB.
• Good understanding of testing strategy, TDD, integration testing, and performance testing.
• You are comfortable owning complex services or domains with minimal guidance.
• You have experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards.
