You will lead a strategic pre-study for a manufacturing company that is defining the future of its Advanced Planning System (APS).
The assignment focuses on evaluating multiple APS scenarios, comparing business and technical implications, and building a clear recommendation for the way forward.

This is an analysis-driven role where you guide the full pre-study from structure and requirements to decision material and a high-level roadmap.
You will work close to senior stakeholders across business, IT and finance, while partnering with an internal Solution Architect on architecture and integration questions.
No system implementation is included at this stage.

You will be central to enabling a confident decision on the next step, making this a strong opportunity if you enjoy combining project leadership, facilitation and end-to-end supply chain planning in a high-impact setting.

• You will lead the pre-study end to end and create clear structure around scope, objectives, deliverables and governance.
• You will drive the overall approach across process mapping, requirements capture, solution fit and gap assessment, and roadmap development.
• You will prepare, facilitate and follow up workshops and interviews with subject matter experts in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, Inventory Management, S&OP, and IT and Integration.
• You will gather and refine business and functional requirements so they are structured, comparable and linked to business value and pain points.
• You will surface risks, dependencies, assumptions and trade-offs early, and turn them into clear decision support.
• You will synthesize findings into executive-level material, including option comparisons, gap analysis and a recommendation for the preferred path forward.
• You will work closely with the internal Solution Architect on target architecture, integration patterns, information flows and technical implications for each alternative.
• You will present progress and recommendations to the Steering Committee and ensure coherence, momentum and quality across the full pre-study.

• Proven experience leading APS implementations or pre-studies, or comparable large-scale planning or supply chain IT initiatives with strong end-to-end process understanding.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, inventory and S&OP.
• Strong experience in preparing and facilitating workshops.
• Strong experience in gathering business requirements with senior subject matter experts.
• Ability to translate complex input into structured requirements and decision material.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across business, IT and finance.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

• Experience with APS platforms such as SAP IBP, Logility or similar.
• Experience from complex industrial or manufacturing environments.
