You will step into an HMI development environment within the commercial vehicle industry, where digital interfaces are tightly connected to physical vehicle systems.
The focus is on helping cross-functional teams work effectively as solutions move from development into scaling, implementation, and industrialization.

In this role, you will support an internal interaction design team in an ongoing agile transformation.
Ceremonies and ways of working are still being shaped, and the organization is evaluating how to apply the SAFe framework in practice.
You will act as a servant leader and coach, creating structure, flow, and collaboration across R&D while balancing agile principles with the demands of quality, safety, and industrial product development.

You will work close to design and product-facing teams in an environment with high ambitions for driver interaction and user experience.

• You will act as Scrum Master for an internal interaction design team and help the team build effective, sustainable ways of working.
• You will facilitate agile ceremonies, team planning, follow-up, and continuous improvement in a setting where parts of the agile structure are still maturing.
• You will create structure and coordination across cross-functional teams in R&D, including stakeholders in software, UX, systems, and validation.
• You will coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles, servant leadership, and collaboration.
• You will support the transition from development into implementation and industrialization, with focus on flow, alignment, and delivery readiness.
• You will help the organization evaluate and shape its practical use of the SAFe framework.

• Experience as a Scrum Master in complex product development environments.
• Solid experience from HMI and/or digiphysical development, where software, hardware, and vehicle systems interact.
• Good knowledge of the client's organization, product development system, and ways of working.
• Proven experience from scaling and implementation phases, transitioning from development into implementation and industrialization.
• Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams that include software, UX, systems, and validation.
• University degree in technical design or a similar field.
• Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English.
