You will take a leading role in adaptive testing in an automotive environment where field execution, technical coordination, and structured follow-up are critical.
The role combines hands-on testing support with back-office coordination, giving you a central position between engineers in the field, issue management, and technical project leadership.
You will help create the right conditions for effective testing by supporting planning, route coordination, software update alignment, and clear reporting.

This is a role for you if you enjoy connecting practical test work with planning, communication, and quality in execution.
You will work close to real vehicle testing and help ensure that findings are captured, escalated, and acted on.
What makes the role especially interesting is the mix of technical depth, cross-functional coordination, and visible impact on the testing flow.

• You support engineers in the field with project planning and route planning.
• You coordinate back-office activities connected to testing, including alignment around software updates.
• You collaborate with teams in China to keep activities synchronized.
• You handle data logging and contribute to structured issue reporting together with the issue manager.
• You report progress, risks, and deviations and escalate relevant matters to the Technical PM.
• You help build task knowledge through hands-on involvement in field-related activities, including some travel.
• You contribute to clear and thorough reporting that supports decision-making and follow-up.

• B.Sc.
  in software or an equivalent test environment background.
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as Canalyzer.
• 5 years experience in vehicle testing.
• Driving license B.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish.
• You are self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
• You communicate clearly and write reports in a structured and thorough way.

• Experience from a lead position.
• Mandarin as a second language.
